THE RESORT IN WINTER

AN EXCEPTIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The resort surprises with a beautiful mountain environment enabling you to discover exceptional landscapes, with, among other things, a superb view of Mont Blanc up to Les Ecrins from the Col de la Madeleine (2000m) and the opportunity to admire, from the height of Saint François Longchamp (1450m), the Hoodoo, a rare phenomenon of natural erosion in this region. These large spaces give a deep feeling of freedom and oxygenation. Here, snow sports enthusiasts find their happiness in the extent and variety of the ski area. Sensations guaranteed both for experienced fans of steep slopes and powder, as well as for beginners who can easily marvel at the vastness of our landscapes.

FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Children can discover the joys of their first slides in a specially arranged area, then improve thanks to a team of competent and friendly instructors. As for those who want to find more than skiing or snowboarding, they can also indulge in many activities: water aerobics, snowshoeing, paragliding, sled dogs, cross-country skiing...

IN THE EVENING

In the evening, the best tables of the resort are there to allow holidaymakers to discover the Savoyard gastronomy in high spirits. Everyone is free to continue the evening by going to the cinema, to the Pub or to one of the many shows and concerts organised each week.

Saint François Longchamp also stands for well-being in the mountains with its fitness centre and balneotherapy.

SENSATION

Electric Fat Bike: At sunrise with a breakfast, at sunset or in night mode (with specific lamps), come to initiate in or improve on the Rossignol Electric Fatbike.

CROSS COUNTRY SKIING

Get away from the slopes in complete safety with Pierre Ravoire, ESF certified instructor, to discover beautiful landscapes and to ski on untouched slopes. Whether cross country skiing or on a Split board, Ravoir’Sports will equip you to go on an expedition with Pierre.

ACCESSIBLE

Note the excellent accessibility of Saint François Longchamp, a family resort for both seasons (summer/ winter) with different access points, a weekly link in winter to the main airports of the region (Lyon, Geneva, Chambery and Grenoble), an SNCF station and Exit 26 of the A43 motorway to La Chambre located 12 kms away; Saint François Longchamp is the premier resort of Maurienne in terms of access.
